Wira guesthouse & hostel is located in the heart of Hamburg. Our location is very central (only 2 stations away from main central station) and a burger restaurant is next door to us. There are restaurants, supermarket and shops close to our guesthouse and there is a metro station beside the property, which is convenient if you wish to travel to other areas in the city. Hamburg has a very good service on the bus and metro which are 24 hour. We have many facilities and services including internet access, travel information and much more. The large and nicely decorated rooms will make you feel comfortable and relaxed throughout your stay. We will be glad to advise you on any must see attractions in the area. Please read the text below -Free tea all day -Free internet -Linen is not included in price -Check-out time: 11:00 a.m. -Reception-time: Sunday 09:00-20:00, Monday - Saturday 09:00-21:00 After checkin Time we will calculate extra (5.00€/hour for waiting) - Cancellation only 48 hours before the check-in Attention: For those bookings without a specified arrival time we will wait until 18:00 o'clock. If no one checks in then the booking is automatically cancelled and we will charge for the first nights. If you know you are going to arrive late please call us or send us an email 6 to 12 hours before the estimated arrival time. You will be issued with a set of keys on arrival. You can take these keys with you throughout your stay but if you forget to return the key after you leave you will be charged 50 Euro. This covers the cost of getting a replacement key cut. We try to keep our hostel quiet so that it is relaxing for all our guests. Therefore we ask that you keep the noise down from 22:00 onwards.
