Our minimum stay is 7 days and we do not accept last minute bookings, we need your booking at least 14 days before your arrival, together with your arrival time in the accommodation! Groups are welcome on request by HostelBookers group bookings!!
We are situated on the North coast of Crete, ‘Sfakaki,’ which has been formerly called Stavromenos! We are right near the sandy beaches of Crisi Amo and not situated in a busy tourist area! We have several houses 6.000 m/2 with the studios, holiday apartments and 2 flats, 80 + 90 m/2. We also offer a nice water pool, breakfast room and terrace; snack bar, small children’s playing ground and parking are available.
Within a distance of 500 meters you will find 5 typical family taverns, baker, pharmacy, doctor, small shops, 2 supermarkets, a petrol station and the bus stop with a lot of connections to Rethymno town – (12 km distance.)
Mountainbikestation, tennis, diving and water sport center in a distance of 3 km
The surrounding area offers, large olive groves, 2 typical villages within 2-3 km, a monastery, landscape, and possibilities for walking to get an idea of the real Crete.

Studios:
One room, for 2 or 3 guests, with kitchenette, fridge, bathroom and balcony.
Apartments: with the same equipment and 1 separate bedroom for 2 up to 6 people.

Simple apartments:
36 m/2, with 2 bedrooms, small kitchenette, private facilities, balcony for 2 up to 4 guests
Family apartments:
46 m/2 - for up to 6 guests, 1 bedroom, other beds in combined living room, private facilities and balcony (TV and air-conditioning available at extra charge.)
2 flats in one:
Both on the same floor. One with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with kitchenette, balconies for up to 8 people; the other one straight at the beach with 2 bedrooms, a big living room with another beds, also 2 bathrooms, and a terrace of 100 m/2 for up to 7 guests!
Some of the studios and apartments are available for people with a wheelchair, please request details.

We have a laundry service and will wash everything for you and deliver back the next day. Pets are welcome!

GROUPS
There are 2 possibilities for the holidays: the cheapest in apartments and flats for 4-8 guests or studios for 2-3 guests, apartments for 2-6 guests or flats for 4-8 people.
MINIMUM STAY 1 week
Groups possible with rates on request.
Rates for groups are per person, per week according to the number of guests per unit and the different seasons.

1- 2 km away you will find some small bars and discos. 4 km away you will find the busy small town of Platanes with a lot of activities, mountain biking, water sports, tennis, diving and more.
Information:
The beach is sandy in the western part with a small reef to the east - ideal for snorkeling!
It can get very hot so please don’t forget your sun cream with at least no.15 sun protection factor!
After you have completed your official booking we will send you your invoice with the balance of the total amount. Please sign this contract and send it either by signed email or fax back to us. The payment of the balance of the total amount is valid after your arrival in Euro cash.
