MINIMUM STAY 1 WEEK NO LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS The sandy beach is approximately 150 metres away. During the high season a number of water sports are offered on the beach. The complex does not have it's own kitchen as there are many tavernas within easy reach. One can however book the budget breakfast at the reception upon arrival. Pets are welcome!!! Last minute bookings are not possible!!! We need your booking at least 3 days before your arrival....., together with your arrival time in the accommodation! Bookings conditions & cancelations fees are anyway according our rules.... After you have done you official booking we will send you your contract = Invoice with the balance of the total amount. Please sign this contract and send it either by sigend email or fax back to us. The payment of the balance of the total amount is valid after your arrival In EURO CASH. ARRIVAL TIMES in the accommodation are according the rules of tourism: arrival in the unit from 4.00 PM,departure until 12.00 AM. If this makes sometimes problems with your personal arrival time on Crete, we advice, to book according this times 1 or 2 days more !!! Excursions The backland of Rethymnon presents many most scenic regions and interesting sites for excursions. We recommend to hire a car.
