There are frequent ferry services which run from Pireas near Athens to all the islands. Take the Highspeed Ferry and you can be in Ios in as little as three hours, alternitavely you can take a ferry from Santorini, Crete and many other Islands! The bus services run at 5-10 minutes intervals too all the islands main beaches Mylopotas, Manganari and Coumbara. The Island also has a vast range of cars, buggies and motorbikes which you can rent at you disposal.
