DirectionsWe are located in Karterados, the first village you will pass when heading south from Fira town, the capital of the Santorini island. It is just 20-25 minutes walk from our hostel. You can do it also easily in 3 minutes on a motorbike or with a car. We are 10 minutes drive from the airport and about 15-20 minutes drive from port.
From port or airport: take a local bus (2.20 Euro from the port, 1.80 Euro from the airport, bus company KTEL) that goes to Fira town and get off at Zotos bakery. Then just walk.
From Fira: We are located in Karterados, the first village you will pass when heading south from Fira town, the capital of the Santorini island. Coming from Fira town, after about 15 minutes of walk you will get to the fork at Multimedia market/ Zotos bakery.
From Zotos Bakery (bus stop in Karterados): There you take the downhill road going into the village and continue all the way down for about 5-7 minutes. You will pass a police station, a windmill, 2 mini markets. Still continue all the way downhill until you see 2 tennis courts, Caveland sign and vineyards!

Our complex consists of 8 traditional caves and numerous sea view terraces with a big pool area and gardens. We have a big communal kitchen that you can use for preparation of your own meals, bookshelves if you want to borrow a book and a donation-based coffee corner. Breakfast and wireless internet is included.
IDEAL VISIT TO SANTORINI IS 3 NIGHTS. During your stay we recommend you to take a boat trip to visit our famous Volcano with Hot Springs, explore an archeological site of Akrotiri with a guide, see the famous sunset from Oia or Fira. During the summer months go for a swim at black or red beach and during the off-season months bring your hiking shoes and explore some of the off-beaten paths of the island!

IF YOU ARE ARRIVING LATE AT NIGHT/EARLY IN THE MORNING, you need to book the bed for that particular night. We will then prepare your room/bed and you will be able to go to your room even if you are arriving very late.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Your booking can be modified or cancelled 24 hours before your arrival. Otherwise we reserve the right to charge the first night to your card.
10% that you pay upon booking your accommodation is non-refundable and cannot be deducted from the final amount in case of shortening of your stay or cancellations.
During the high season, June to September: Your booking can be modified or cancelled 1 day before your arrival. Otherwise we reserve the right to charge your whole stay to your card.
