This house is freshly renovated and let as 2 separate rooms. We have Central-Heating, so you also can stay in winter, or off season. Skiathos is also lovely in Winter.......peaceful and quiet.......perfect for Writers ,Readers and Artists. The hot water comes from a solar system on the roof The first floor has a double bedroom ( 145 cm x 200 cm )with en-suite Shower and WC, ceiling-fan, Mosquito-windows in the bedroom and bathroom and a veranda with flowerbed. On the veranda is a table, 2 chairs and a stand for laundry to dry. It has the morning sun. The second floor comprises of a large bedroom with open wooden roof, (which keeps it cool in Summer ), 2 single beds,each 90 x 190 cm, en-suite Shower/WC, ceiling-fan and mosquito-windows in the bedroom and bathroom. Outside this bedroom is a large veranda with a lot of flowers and views to the north and west of the island and over the rooftops of Skiathos. There is a table and chairs and sunshade. In the top room a 3rd bed can be provided. Each room has its own kettle for making tea or coffee . There is a fridge and cutlery, plates and cups for the 2 rooms on the landing. Sheets and towels are provided & changed weekly. We pick you up on arrival, from the Airport or Port, this is a service of our house We will be happy to welcome you
