Villa kavourakia is a traditional villa located in Kolios area in Skiathos Island just 6Km from the town center of Skiathos city at the top of a small hill surrounded by pine and olive trees with amazing view to Aigean open sea.
Our Villa consists of 3 two - bedroom apartments and 8 studios. All of our apartments and studios have a fully equipped kitchen, air-conditioning, TV, wireless internet, private bathroom and a balcony so that you can enjoy the excellent view to Kolios bay

The Villa is almost in the middle of the road that connects Skiathos town to Koukounaries beach. 4 of the best beaches of Skiathos are within walking distances and also there is a regular every 10-15 minutes bus service from Kolios area to Skiathos town and to the rest of the almost 70 beaches Skiathos Island has

Living in Kolios Area. Kolios area is one of the most organized areas in Skiathos. There is a super market just a few meters from our villa, Beach bars, pool bars, tennis courts and restaurants are available within walking distances and the famous Vromolimnos beach bar and restaurant is only 800 meters away.
