By Bus : When you arrive at the port of Syros, in a very small distance from the harbour exit, is located the central bus station. Take the bus that goes to Galissas, the route is aproximately 20 minutes. At Galissas you will get off the bus, at the main bus stop near the beach. The bus ticket costs about 1.6 euro.You will take the road aside from a cafe called Mparok, there are signs also for your convenience. You need to walk 300m from there. Taking a cab : Alternatively you can take a cab from the port to Oasis Rooms in Galissas. The taxi rank is located about 200m from the main port st the sea front. Usually during the arrival time of the boats you will find a taxi at the exit of the port. The cost of the route to Gallisas is usually from 10 to 15euros. By car: At the exit of the port go to the left and follow signs to Galissas.It's an 8km route. Arriving at the beach of Galissas, the central crossroads near the beach, there are signs for the rooms Oasis. The rooms are located just 300m from the village center.
