The exclusively furnished house contains 9 apartments for 2, 4 and 6 people. Every apartment has a television set, bathroom with shower and toilette, a well-equipped kitchen, dining area and air-conditioning. A terrace belongs to 7 of the apartments. We also rent 4 double rooms. The rooms are 8-9 sq.m big and are equipped with a bathroom, TV and fridge. There are no balconies to the double rooms. The rooms face the street that's why they are louder. Next to the house there is a huge sunbathing terrace with swimming pool, grill and garden furniture. The house owns its own closed parking lot for many cars. Apartments consist of living/dining area, bathroom with shower/bath, and fully equipped kitchen with fridge (and freezer), microwave, oven, coffee machine, cutlery, dishes, and more. The price includes gas, water, electricity, final cleaning, the use of the kitchen, swimming pool and air-conditioning. City tax is extra: EUR 1,5/night/person.
