Akureyri Backpackers

By car: Highway number one lies through Akureyri. Follow highway number one until you come to Kaupvangsstraeti where you make a turn away from the sea/harbor (depending which direction you’re coming from). Take the second turn to the right and Akureyri Backpackers is the third building to the right. It can be difficult to find a parking spot in front of our building. There are plenty of parking spaces in the neighborhood. From the airport: The easiest way is to take a taxi but if you decide to walk (3,2 km) you follow a road called Drottningarbraut all the way to the towns center were we can’t be missed. Of course we can arrange a pickup for you.
