The following group types are NOT accepted by this hostel: Junior / Primary School, High / Secondary School. If you have misrepresented the type of group you are booking for, your booking may be cancelled by the hostel. Cancellation / No Show & Reduction in Numbers Policy Hostelworld.com and Bru Hostel have a cancellation policy of no refund on the booking deposit or booking fee for a cancellation, no show or reduction in numbers. 50% of Balance is refunded if cancelled more than 1 week prior to arrival. Full amount of balance payable if cancelled less than 1 week prior to arrival. Additional Info: All groups over 6 persons must phone the Hostel and talk to a manager prior to making their booking.
