Theresa McGorrian and family would like to welcome you to their luxurious guesthouse which is just 1km from the picturesque seaside village of Blackrock and 3km south of Dundalk. We are only 40 minutes from Dublin and Belfast airports.

Blackrock is a popular seaside village with award winning restaurants, bars, beaches, coffee shops and fantastic views. Local amenities include the Fairways Hotel and conference centre, golf courses and Dundalk Institute of Technology.

Our guest rooms are warm and bright, all en-suite, with complimentary tea/coffee facilities, TV and hairdryers. We offer a mix of single, double and triple rooms and we also have a games room with full size snooker table and dart board.
