It is a 15 min walk to the sea (rocky beach) and 700 meters from the Lungomare Valencia & 900 meters from the Old Town. The sandy beach is easily reached by bus & the bus stop is round the corner from the flat. All the amenities are at hand, shops, tobacconist, super market, restaurants, take-aways’, pubs etc. It is smartly furnished & has air conditioning.
