Hotel Porta Nuova

By train: the railway station is named Assisi but it is located in Santa Maria degli Angeli a small village 5 km far from Assisi and from our House. There are busses each 30 minutes to Assisi, our bus' stop is the C13 exactly in front of the IP petrol station. By car: from north: A1 take exit Sinalunga/Bettolle, take the four lines road SS75bis to Perugia - Assisi - Foligno - Spoleto, take exit Assisi - Santa Maria degli Angeli sud - follow direction to Assisi - Porta Nuova (parking, gate, hotel), the hotel is close by the round-abount number 6 (some are numbered) from south: A1 take exit Orte, take the four lines road E45 direction to Todi - Deruta - Montebello, then take the four lines road SS75 direction to Assisi - Foligno - Spoleto, take exit Assisi - Santa Maria degli Angeli sud - follow direction to Assisi - Porta Nuova (parking, gate, hotel), the hotel is close by the round-abount number 6 (some are numbered) By bus: usually the bus stops is in Piazza dell'Unità d'Italia or Parking A or Parking of San Pietro (it is always the same square but with different names!), from there take the big orange bus direction to Piazza Matteotti, get off the bus at bus stop C13 exactly in front of IP petrol station, walk down the hill in the direction of the round-about for circa 20/30 meters and then please find on your left side the Unicredit Bank and a small gate please enter the gate, climb the stairs to the main door of the hotel.
