On foot : You cross Via Roma, turn left till the Twn Hall and turn right immediately in Via G.M. Angioy from the airport By Taxi By bus : You catch the bus transfer till Piazza Matteotti (A.R.S.T. Station), you have to cross Via Roma near the Town Hall (the white building with 2 towers) and go straight on along Via G.M.Angioy. By car : You catch the statal way 130 to Cagliari Centro (the city center), you go straight on till Piazza Matteotti (railway station), turn left in Via G.M.
