VERY IMPORTANT INFO AND INSTRUCTIONS TO FOLLOW: At the time of confirmation, besides the deposit charged from the Agency the First night each apartment reserved will be charged on the credit card and is refundable if cancelled at least 2 days prior arrival date. Check-in and check-out is provided by the reception of our sister Hotel Alamanni located 1 block away from the apartment’s building, instructions and keys will be giving at check-in; the reception is open 24/7 all year around. 25 Eur final cleaning fee is to add at your booking confirmation total price. Possibility to park the car in the garage below of the hotel for only 20 Eur per day per car; reservation suggested as limited space available. From 1 up to 4 nights stay we will not provided any cleaning service and linen change. 1 time weekly cleaning and linen change is provided if your stay is from 5 nights up. NO TELEPHONE AND NO INTERENET CONNECTION IN ALL APARTMENTS. All Properties are smoke free only, penalty apply for abuse. Total amount of your stay and the final cleaning fee must be settle at the time of check-in and is not refundable in the event of early check-out. Penalty for Late cancellation or no-show is 100 percent of the total amount of the reservation.
