Cleaning and linen and towels are NOT included. € 35.00 is required for the final cleaning of the apartments and their underwear. Prices do not include the city tax / rates for the City of Florence (€ 1.00 per person per day for a maximum of 5 days to be paid at check-in). Arrivals are expected in the afternoon after 14,00 (only for arrivals after h. 20,00 you have to pay € 20,00 for the check in service); leavings are expected in the morning within 12,00; for customer’s exigencies, times can be flexible, in relation with the involvements of the organization and of the staff.
ATTENTION PLEASE: 30 minutes before your arrive or leaving (or to communicate a delay), please call the check service appointee; the number will be given to you at the moment of the booking.
How to arrive to the apartments:
By train: our apartments are about 300 mts far from the Santa Maria Novella central station, so from here you can easily reach them by foot walking for Piazza dell'Unità Italiana and Catedral of Florence.
By plane: both Florence Airport "Amerigo Vespucci" and Pisa Airport "Galileo Galilei" are provided of a shuttle bus ideal to reach the Santa Maria Novella Central Station, from here follow the above instructions.
