Tenuta Pellegrino
The Tenuta Pellegrino is a B&B and a traditional "Salentino" Restaurant serving typical cuisine of the region.
The Tenuta is located on a 9 hectares estate right at the entrance of Sogliano Cavour (LE). Our vineyards produces the local "Negroamaro" wine served in our Traditional Restaurant as well as over 200 olive trees producing one of the most extra virgin olive oil you'll ever taste.
Most of the food served is grown organically directly at the Tenuta Pellegrino while the meat comes directly from our local farms and the fish from the port of Gallipoli. Fresh fruits grow abundantly on over 50 trees across the estate.
