We do our best to guarantee optimum comfort, hospitality and assistance for our visitors. A typical Milanese villa atmosphere, on a real quiet and calm private street full of villas and trees. All the rooms have TV Color, Telephone, and wonderful balcony views. We also offer a breakfast included for prices starting from 30euro per person. For lower prices it is possible to have breakfast for only 3,50 euro per person. Despite being located in a very calm (no traffic) street, we are immersed in one of the most lively zones of Milan, between 3 important hospitals, 2 universities, and the biggest Shopping District Buenos Aires Street(at just 5 min walk). The hotel is situated just 10-15min by tram from the Central Station, and 15min from the metro (6 stops) from the city center (DUOMO). General notes: 1- Breakfast included for prices starting from 30euro per person 2- Linen, towels, maps, and internet are included for prices more than 15euro per person [prices lower than 15euro or 15 euro per person can have linen and towel for 3 euro; in case of no previous specification through e-mail, linen and towels will be added automatically to the price] 3- Cancellation policy is 48 hours prior to arrival date, otherwise first night will be charged. 4-FOR THE PERIOD FROM 9th April 2013 TO 14th April 2013 IS NOT ALLOWED THE CANCELLATION AND WILL BE FULLY CHARGED. PS: please note that only the type of rooms that specify the word "ensuite” have a private bathroom. When "ensuite" is not mentioned the bathroom is shared outside the room.
