By car
If you are arriving from Venice, Verona, Bergamo, Trieste or Turin, take the west bypass from the highway and exit at Cinisello Balsamo, continuing towards Milano Viale Zara. Drive along Viale Fulvio Testi, along Viale Zara, until arriving to Piazzale Lagosta. From here, go around and turn onto Via Pola and onto Via Galvani. When you pass the Central Station, turn onto Via Lepetit (the first on the right) and after 100 meters turn right onto Via Napo Torriani, with Hotel Bernina at no. 27.
If you are arriving from Bologna, Rome, Naples, Florence or Rimini, take the east bypass from the highway and exit at Viale Forlanini. Continue along the entire Viale and go straight ahead for Viale Corsica and Corso XXII marzo until you come to the cross with Piazza Cinque Giornate. From Piazza Cinque Giornate turn right for Viale Premuda and go straight ahead for Viale Piave until reaching Piazza Oberdan. Arriving in the square, take Viale Vittorio Veneto and continue until you reach Piazza della Repubblica, from where Via Pisani starts. This brings you directly to the Central Station: when you arrive in front of Piazza Duca d'Aosta, turn right onto Via Torriani, with Hotel

Your credit card will be held just as guarantee of your arrival, therefore you are kindly asked to settle your bill upon departure. No charge for cancellations received 7 (seven) days before arrival date (Italian time), for all cancellations or amendments received after such time a 1 (one) night charge will be applied for every room booked, for anticipated departures full amount penalty.
The hotel management will verify the validity of the credit card and that the penalty for delayed cancellation or "no-show" can be covered before your arrival. If the above verifications will not be successful, the booking will not be considered valid.
MILAN CITY TAX is not included with the rooms rate: 3,00 Euros per person/per night, and must be paid cash at the hotel.

About pre-authorisation.
1. What is a pre-authorisation?
When you make a reservation, there may be instances where the hotel will contact your credit (or debit) card company to confirm that the card you are using is valid and hasn’t been reported loss or stolen. At this time, they may also check to see if the card has enough money to cover the transaction. This is communicated in the form of a pre-authorisation of the first night amount of your reservation.
2. What’s the difference between a pre-authorisation and an actual charge to my credit card?
Pre-authorisations are common but are often confused with actual charges. While in-store purchases are immediately charged and deducted from your available balance, pre-authorisations are temporary holds. 3. How will I know if my card has been pre-authorised?
Your available balance will be reduced temporarily by the first night amount of your reservation. You may also see “pending transactions” on your credit card account summary. If you’re not sure if your card had been pre-authorised, both the hotel and your credit card company can verify this.
4. How long will the pre-authorisation hold affect my available balance?
