The various apartments are villas of birch-work, built conveniently close to all the necessary facilities and places of entertainment but at the same time affording the privacy needed for a tranquil holiday. The apartments are between 50 and 1.500 meters from the sea and are connected via a private road and a mini bus service. Our apartments have a kitchenette, a bathroom and a nice veranda. The rates include: water, electric energy, gas and final cleaning, shuttle bus to the beach (01/06-01/09), use of our swimming pool (12/05-30/09), use of our uncared parking place Extra costs: refundable deposit on apartment: € 100 per apartment (obligatory), kitchenette (if not cleaned by the client): € 35; arrival after 10 pm: € 30 (to communicate at the reservation), baby bed: € 5 per day, bedlinen and towels (optional rent): bedlinen € 13 per person, per change, towels € 7 per person, per change; small pets: € 35 per week; transfer service from/to airport/harbour Olbia: from 8 am to 11 pm € 30 for 2 persons per way; from 11 pm to 8 am € 50 for 2 persons per way; tennis and football court: € 5 per hour Minimum stay: 2 days, from 11/08 to 24/08 2 weeks -arrival/departure day Saturday; check in until 5 pm, check out until 10 am. The BALANCE is payable upon arrival.
