We offer a comfortable private room, with a beautiful view of the city of Perugia and the surrounding green Umbrian hills. We also offer one self-catering apartments with their own kitchen, living room and wide panoramic terrace. The flat has 3 double rooms for a total of 6 persons. There is free parking and swimming pool as well. ****IMPORTANT INFORMATION**** CHECK OUT 11.00 am : ON THE DAY OF YOUR DEPARTURE, IF YOU WANT TO UTILIZE THE FACILITIES AND THE SWIMMING POOL AFTER THE CHECK OUT TIME (max 7.00 pm) IT IS POSSIBLE, we have a daily fee. Breakfast: the breakfast will be available from 8.00 am to 10.00 am in the kitchen, food and drinks may not be consumed in the bedrooms Noise: Please refrain from late night noise (after midnight) which could disturb other guests. If you would like to continue we have a designated area. Conditions of stay and cancellation policy We require a minimum stay of 2 nights; otherwise, you have the possibility to book 1 night and pay a fee of 5 euro. A min. stay of 2 nights is required during Festivals, Sports Event, Bank Holidays. Special packages or offers are not valid during peak periods. Cancellations during high season must be noticed at least 48 hrs before arrival. (72hrs during festivals) Things to know -For the pool, a swim cap is required. If possible, bring one with you. (If not possible we have some for you) -Payment can be made in cash on arrival.
