Directions from Termini Station:

Exit the train station from the Via Marsala side exite, the one next to track 1, turning left onto Via Marsala. Take the first street right, Via Vicenza. Walk straight ahead for 5 blocks, then take a left onto Via Villafranca. We are at 35 metres on your right.

Directions from Fiumicino / Leonardo Da Vinci airport:

There is a direct train from the airport to Termini station. It takes approximately 30 minutes. A train for Termini Station leaves every 30 minutes on 07 and 37 minutes past the hour. The first morning train leaves at 6.37 am and the last train in the evening is at 11.37 pm. The ticket costs € 11.00.
If you arrive late in the evening or early in the morning, there is a Cotral bus service from Fiumicino to Tiburtina Station. It leaves at 1.15, 2.15, 3.30 and 5.00 am . Please note that Tiburtina station is about 5 km from Termini station.

Directions from Ciampino airport:

Take the local bus service outside the arrivals hall direct to the Anagnina. This bus terminates at Anagnina underground station. From there, take the underground to Termini station. The first morning bus leaves at 6.50 am on weekdays and 8.oo am on Sundays, and the last evening bus leaves at 11.40 pm on weekdays and 10 pm on Sundays. The ticket costs € 1.00.
