Starting from the 1 January 2011, Rome City Council will ask for a overnight accomodation tax .Will be 2 euro per night per person.This fee ,is not included in the hotel rate , must be paid cash at check -in time. CANCELLATION POLICY In case non-arrival on the day, your credit card will be charged for the amount of the first night. After check-in, the reservation can not be cancelled and full payment for the number of nights confirmed at the time of booking will be charged. PAYMENT A deposit paid is not refundable. Full payment for your stay is required at check-in, only in cash CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT Check-in is possible after 8:00 A.M. but your room may not be ready before 11:30 A.M. If you arrive earlier than that, you can check-in and store your luggage in the hall until your room is ready. Check-out on the day of departure is at 10:00 am. If you have a late train or flight, you can store your luggage at the hall. This service is free and is possible until 17:00 o'clock of your departure day.
