The hotel has a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. We have Ensuite rooms as well as shared bathrooms. Our main purpose is to give our guests the opportunity to spend a pleasant holiday and satisfy their needs and requests. Facilities include: - Security lockers - Luggage storage - Taxi Bookings - Reservations for theaters, restaurants, etc. - Sightseeing and walking tours - Nearby parking facilities - you will have free 30 mins. internet access in our internet/laundrymat point which is located in a separate place from the hotel, we have WIFI as well. The total balance due should only be paid in CASH upon arrival. Please note that for the period from the 29th December to the 2nd of January the cancellation policy is 7 days. 3 night’s minimum stay during this period. 1) Payment is only in CASH, at your arrival, for all the nights you booked 2) If you do not give us 24 hours notice of your 'no show' by e-mail/fax we will unfortunately have to debit your card. The amount charged will be your first night's accommodation. Phone cancellations are not accepted. 3) After your arrival we can not refund money. If you want to cancel any of the nights you booked you have to let us know at least 24 hours before you arrive. 4) You need to notify the hotel either by phone or email if you are arriving after 1am. NOTE: FROM 01 JANUARY 2011 THE ROME CITY COUNCIL INSERTED A DAILY TAX FOR THE TOURISTS. THIS TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE ONLINE PRICE AND COSTS 2€ PER NIGHT/PER PERSON (FOR A MAXIMUM OF 10 NIGHTS STAY). CHILDREN UNDER 2 YEARS DON'T HAVE TO PAY THIS TAX
