Our apartments are located on the centre of Siena, they are completely restored, fully equipped and tastefully furnished. Green apartment: 40sqm Completely renovated located on Via del Romitorio 3, Siena. This apartment has a bedroom, a kitchen, a large bathroom, all tastefully furnished. The bedroom has a double bed, two night tables, a wardrobe, a dresser and a floor lamp. The kitchen has double bed sofa and all household appliances. (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, refrigerator, induction stoves, folding table and two chairs. The bathroom has a very large shower and hairdryer. Each room has a satellite LCD TV, internet access, WI FI on demand , heating/air conditioning and ironing facilities. Our weekly costs include: flat rental, weekly leanings and towels change, water, electricity, heating/air conditioning, TV, city tax. Weekly costs for the “Red” and “Green” apartments also include ADSL (cable and free WIFI on demand), satellite TV and analogical satellite TV. Our heating and air conditioning system is timer regulated and our apartments are insulated in order to grant our guests a pleasant stay and to preserve our environment. Red apartment: 55sqm Completely renovated located on Via del Romitorio 3, Siena. It has luminous and quiet rooms with large windows and it is tastefully furnished. The living room has a sofa bed (double), a table and four chairs, furniture and a large rollaway kitchenette which is fully equipped, (dishwasher, refrigerator, oven and induction stoves). The bedroom has a double bed + single bed, a large wardrobe and two night tables. In front of the bathroom there is a small utility room equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Each room has a satellite LCD TV, internet access, and free WI FI on demand. There is also individually controlled heating and ironing facilities. Weekly costs for the “Red” and “Green” apartments also include ADSL (cable and free WIFI on demand), satellite TV and analogical satellite TV.
