On the frontal access (garden side ) it boasts a splendid veranda ( decked terrace), equipped with a large round table in stone, chairs and a benches.The veranda gives access to the impressive kitchen (5 hob-cooking unit, dishwasher, huge oven, fridge, toaster and American coffee machine) furnished with “granito marble” and antique table and chairs, combing the traditional with the contemporary for a sleek and stylish decor. A few stairs lead to the living-room which has a double bed couch, TV, and a traditional stone fireplace, hand- chiseled by a Florentine craftsman. Another set of stairs lead to the double bedroom and the bathroom with shower ( please note that in order to access the only bathroom of the house you need to go through the double bedroom upstairs).
