The building is a 16th century palace with a beautiful terrace on a main street in Venice. We are located in the Cannaregio district, the perfect place for shopping, and right in the middle of the city. We are 10 minutes walking distance from the Santa Lucia Train Station, Piazzale Roma and Rialto Bridge, a minutes' walking distance to the Venice Casino, 5 minutes from the supermarket, and 20 minutes from Piazza San Marco. Female and mixed rooms are available; with a big common room for people to socialise, listen to music, play games, read... relax. We require payment in cash upon arrival,CREDIT CARDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. Deposits are non refundable. RECEPTION IS OPEN BETWEEN 9AM AND MIDNIGHT please be aware that if you arrive outside this time you wont be able to enter the building. Please notify us of about your arrival time either by phone or e-mail! Lock out is from 10:00am – 14:00 noon for cleaning. Linens are available for €3, so remember to bring sheets or a sleeping bag with you if you want to save your money! Pillows and blankets are provided to all guests.
