Il burlamacco welcome his guest in the heart of Viareggio: 400 meters from the beach, the sea and the promenade (one of the most beautiful of Europe), 200 meters from the green pinewood and 50 meters from shopping centre, the rail station is only 500 meters far. Brightly and airy, it offers a pleasant stay, it’s strategically position give the possibility to reach everything by foot: the beach, the relaxing pinewoods, the shops and restaurants. Our rooms are spacious and renovated, with TV Sat and private bathroom (in front of room), Air Conditioning, Service Internet Wireless (Modem WI-FI) Free and Fax. We also offer rooms with shared bathroom (with only another room) at cheaper price. Italian breakfast served at coffee bar in front (closed on Sunday). Viareggio is an ideal place to have a sea-holiday but also to visit many interesting place in Tuscany, such as Lucca (20 km), Pisa (18 km), Florence (80 km), Cinque Terre (60 km), Pietrasanta (10 km), Apuan Alps (15 km). During January/February it takes place the famous Carnevale di Viareggio, that every year enjoys everybody with its colors, music, lights and happiness, all along the promenade (reachable by foot).
