Check in time is no earlier than 14:00 Check out time is at latest 12:00 After making the reservation over here we would need you to fill in an enrolment form with all your details. Failure to fill in that will result in cancellation of your booking, without refund. Minimum number of nights booking - 3 nights. Bookings with fewer nights will be cancelled. - Persons booking an apartment must be at least 18 years of age. • Persons are expected to keep their apartment clean and tidy at all times. Furniture is to be respected and maintained. • Any valuables are the responsibility of the person. AM Language studio will not take responsibility for any personal items said to have gone missing from the apartment. • Persons taking this accommodation option must leave a copy of their passport and a refundable security deposit of 150 Euro with am Language Studio on their arrival for the duration of their stay. Only after check out will the deposit be returned. • Breakages or broken equipment must be reported in writing to am Language Studio as soon as identified. • The entrance to the apartment and the common areas are to be respected at all times. Noise or any other disturbances are strictly forbidden. • Upon entry Persons are to inspect the apartment. Should anything be broken they are to report the details to AM Language Studio within 24 hours. • All fees are to be fully paid in advance. • A set of sheets per bed and a set of towels are included in the price. • Water and Electricity bill will be posted to your apartment weekly, and the amount will be deducted at the end of your stay from your deposit. • Persons who cause serious disturbances to the neighbours will be evicted and in these cases no refunds will be given. • Persons may not hang towels from balconies, may not play loud music, may not have parties and must take out garbage before 10.00 except on Sundays and public holidays. These rules must be observed against penalties.
