You can choose to stay in one of our uniquely decorated rooms... The Greenhouse Effect Coffeeshop, Hotel, Bar situated right in the heart of Amsterdam- on the edge of the Red Light District. In June 1997 the GHE Bar established itself as the city´s premier venue for the best in modern dance and electronic music. Nightly DJ´s., both established and up and coming, have secured us an enviable reputation in Amsterdam´s hedonistic nightlife. Major artists from such diverse backgounds as Universal Egg (ZION TRAIN, ISM, JAH FREE), Ninja Tune (DK&DOM) and Amsterdams own Input Records (DARREN CROWLEY) have played here and we are proud to showcase our own own ´homegrown´ talents such as DJ´s EMIR, PRESSURE, RED EYE, KANDYMAN, PATRICE et al. We aim to provide the best and most diverse DJ´íng talent under one roof in Amsterdam and in 1999 take it to new limits, all for free and in the best atmosphere possible.
