We are group of a few people working together. We are Not a Hotel and wherefore we have no 24 hours reception at the property. You need to email to arrange your check-in with one of the greeters available. The apartments have personal belongings of the owners and the guests must be careful with these... The building has steep stairs and no elevator. More information you can find out by sending the email or at the check-in asking the owner of each apartment, as they all have different rules. There are smoking and non smoking possibility's and there are kids in the house. Therefore we do not accept big groups or party people ! The check-in is only possible from 14.00 and only till 21.30. The check-in time need to be provided, as in case we didn't hear from you till 17.30 - the booking will be cancelled. The check-in after 21.30 is charged extra 25.00 euros and needs to be arranged, and all arrangements possible only till 23.00 Please note: No credit cards payments! The total amount of your reservation plus the City Tax 5,5% is a due up on the check-in in cash form. The deposit for the apartment safety and keys is 100.00 euro cash to be paid in order to check-in, this amount is refundable up on the departure. We require € 100.00 deposit for security and two sets of the keys; you will get this money back on check out in return of both sets of the keys, and clean/tidy apartment. For the reservations made longer then a month in prior : please contact the property at list two weeks for the arrival date to secure your booking. For cancellations please email at list 4 days in prior your arrival date to avoid any extra cost. Please note : we can also have your booking cancelled in case we can't contact you 72 hours for the date of your arrival by the email or phone number provided with your reservation details. In case of no-show your credit card will be charged for the total amount of your booking by the 3rd company! The minimum stay on week days is 3 nights, on week-end is 5 nights and minimum of 7 nights on High Season and Holidays. We require 20% pre-pay for the booking on high season. This need to be done to the company bank account, please email for more information. For all reservations made for High Season ( Queens Day, IBC or New Year ) we require deposit of 20% pre-pay to secure your booking. The security amount need to be transferred to the company account one week for the date of arrival. No check-in or check-out on December 31st and January 1st!
