The building was fully refurbished about two years ago, with particular attention to soundproofing and air-conditioning, in order to guarantee a relaxing holiday. All apartments have air-conditioning, a television, telephone and a safety box, as well as a well-equipped kitchenette. This is the only accommodation in central Albufeira with a private car park. Its terrace provides a magnificent view over the old town, and it also has a small family swimming pool that is safe for children, as well as a natural solarium with sun lounges. Reception Schedule: The reception has a scedule in the winter/medium season (from October until May) 12h - 20h. In the high season (from June to September) the reception is open between the 8h - 24h Terms of Booking: Confirmation and Deposit To confirm and guarantee your booking is necessary a deposit of the amount of the first night, in the winter/medium season (from September until May) and 50% of the total amount in the high season (from June until August). The rest will be paid directly at check-in. In case of a 1 night only reservation the charge is total and it cannot be refunded. Cancellation Policy - 15 days before arrival – There is no cancellation expenses and we refund the deposit. - 10 to 15 days before arrival - 50% of the total reservation. - 05 to 10 days before arrival - 75% of the total reservation. - Less than 05 days before arrival - 100% of the total reservation.
