Vila Duparchy is situated 1 Km from Luso, on the top of a hill. It belongs to Duarte Figueiredo family since 1895. Before was the engineer Jean Alexis Duparchy's residence, while he had been engaged for construction the Beira Alta railway.

Vila Duparchy has six large and double rooms with central heating and private bathrooms.
We can realise receptions as weddings, seminars and so on.
