The "House of Ti Lucinda" is a small rural tourism home, set on a small farm; there are three bedrooms with couple beds, two bathrooms with bathtub, a living room, a dining room, a fireplace and a kitchen. The bedrooms and the living room as well as the dining room have a simple decoration, are very comfortable and are furnished in a classic way; there is satellite television and wireless internet. The kitchen is fully equipped and can be used upon request. In the office there is a telephone and a fax, and there’s a small library in the living room. A thermodynamic solar panel serves both the heating central system and the water heating system. A traditional porch serves as parking space for vehicles. The House of Ti Lucinda grounds include a Support Annex House with one bathroom, a barbecue and a wood oven at the disposal of our guests. The House and the Annex House share a small garden. There are three bicycles at the disposal of the guests for rides. There are also two fishing rods for fishing in the two nearby rivers. Our guests can enjoy the small farm by participating in the farm work and by harvesting and using the crops; however, a previous request is required for these activities.
