The house is located on the corner of Blokhina Street and Bolshoy Prospect which is, alongside with Nevsky Prospect, the major shopping and entertainment route of the city (the “Mirage-Cinema” multiplex cinema center, the “Morgan” casino, lots of restaurants, cafés, shops etc.). You’ll need to walk only 30 meters to get to the nearest metro station – Sportivnaya - or you may undertake a 20 minute promenade to find yourself in the very heart of the city – the Spit of Vasilievsky Island and Palace (Dvortsovyi) Bridge. Route taxi-vans shall take you to “Lenexpo” Exhibition Center in 10-15 minutes. The hotel offers a security parking area for those who prefer to travel by car.
