From Airport: Follow the highway to Novi Sad. When you leave highway (exit with Novi Sad sign), go straight, 4th semaphore left, then 1st on the right, 1st semaphore to left, 3rd semaphore to the right and 1st little street left. By Bus: after you arrive on bus/train station, go straitgh on "Bulevar Oslobodjenja" bulevard, and on 3rd smeaphore (KFC is on that corner) to the right and first small street to the left. You can use buses 4 or 7 to get to the KFC corner (ticket cost 45rsd, about 0,5€) and leave them on second station. By Taxi: there is taxi station near bus/train station, just say name of tha street and you will get in front of the building. That ride will cost you around 200rsd (2€). Pay attention that cabs have TX mark on their register plates, otherwise, don't use that cab, it will be more expensive.
