We are indeed a guesthouse (not a hotel), so don't be surprised by the residential appearance of our reception and rooms. We cater to those looking for a clean, friendly place to stay while going out on their own to explore all that Alicante has to offer. VERY IMPORTANT: To make the reservation correctly, we will charge only the price of the first night on your credit card. Cancellation policy: we will refund the price of the first night if you notified directly to the property at least 24 hours in advance.
