We have two apartments fully refurbished in the centre, very near from Plaza Cataluña, Paseo de Gracia, La Pedrera, La Casa Batlló. Their location at Consell de Cent street, the typical street of Barcelona. You will enjoy the real life of any Catalan person walking through the streets, looking around at small shops and markets, having a coffee at one of the bars in the quarter, etc. always with the independence that means get lodged in an apartment. Apartments located at C/Consell de Cent 283 Moreover you could visit all the tourist places comfortably thanks to their location in the centre of the city. It is also an ideal choice for those who come to the cultural tourism in Barcelona, for working, for study or simply for pleasure. The apartments have 55m2 distributed in a living room/kitchen with a sofa-bed for two people, a twin room, an individual room with two beds and bathroom. The exterior flats have also a terrasse. The other type of the apartments it's the same but only have a twin room and a sofa bed for two people and have a balcony with views to Consell de Cent street. Here you have more details of the services they offer: Sofa-bed 1,40 x 1,90m for two people. 2 beds 80 x 1,90m at the twin room; 2 more beds with the same size at the individual room. Kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge, washing-machine and other utensils to cook. Heating/air conditioning. Television. Furniture: table, chairs, wardrobes, etc. Internet access with cable. ***If you arrive or leave the apartment between 22h p.m. and 24h p.m. or between 7h a.m. and 8h a.m. the owner will ask you for an extra charge of 20€. If you arrive or leave the apartment between 24h p.m. and 7h a.m. the owner will ask you for and extra charge of 50€. ***Please note that upon arrival you will have to pay a 150 Euro's key deposit which you will get back on the day that you check out. ***Please inform owner what time you will arrive so he can be there to hand over the keys, full details of owner you will receive with your booking confirmation. ***The prices can change for special dates (high season). ***You pay in CASH when you arrive at the apartment.
