The apartment was totaly rehabilitated during the January 2004. It's a fully-equipped apartment with all the modern conveniences like dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, heating, oven, TV, etc. The apartment has one ambient with 2 beds, and a sofa bed. In addition there are 3 Metro's (Underground/tube) with almost all the Barcelona metro lines around the corner: Liceu (L1), Catalunya (L1, L2, L3, L5), and Sant Antoni (L2). ***Please note that upon arrival you will have to pay a 50 Euro's key deposit which you will get back on the day that you check out.
