All the apartments measures 40m2, with outside view and natural light thanks to their large windows. They have double sound isolation and all the necessary comforts to enjoy an unforgettable stay in Girona.
Payment:
The balance is payable in cash or by credit card upon arrival of the guest at our office.
For weekly stays, a deposit of 200 € will be asked to be returned at the end of the stay if the contract (state and conservation of the apartment and furniture) has entirely been respected. For monthly stays, the deposit is 300 €.
Change in dates:
If notice is received 7 days or more prior to the rental day, there is no charge. If notice is received in less than 7 days, the same conditions described above for cancellation shall apply in this case.
Number of persons and Identification:
Guests should provide the identity numbers of those occupying the apartment. Only persons listed on the reservation form may occupy the apartment.
Animals and pets of any kind are not allowed in the apartments.
It is only allow smoking in some parts of the building.
Responsibilities:
Els Químics apartments do not held any responsibility for damages which could occur beyond their control (lift break down, power cuts, malfunctions in the air-conditioning system, etc.), theft or fire. However, Els Químics apartments will endeavor to ensure that any such incident will be resolved as soon as possible.
If there is no possibility to arrange those problems, and no other apartment to be moved in, we shall reimburse the guest with the sum corresponding to the number of days the guest does not occupy the apartment.
Conduct:
Guest is responsible for its own conduct and that of those accompanying them. Els Químics apartments reserves the right to demand that the guest vacate the apartment without any right to compensation or refund for any violations of the standard code of conduct stated by the contract.
Important information:
After the time of booking, you will receive an email from the owner because many bookings are cancelled with no charge, so to secure the booking you must pay a 20% prepayment.
Cancellation period:
More than 7 days: 50%
Less than 7 days: 100%
Check-in:
Check-in time is from Monday to Friday from 9:00h to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00h. An additional charge of 30€ applies to check-ins out of this timetable. Guests must notify us of their estimated time of arrival no later than 2 days prior to arrival. Should this information not be provided, we accept no responsibility for any ensuing delays or inconvenience caused to the client.
Check-out:
Guests are requested to vacate the apartment and remove their belongings before 12:00h on the day of departure, and it is requested to inform about the check-out time in order to have time to check the apartment. An additional charge of 30€ applies to check-outs out of our timetable.
