Apart from all the enjoyment within our complex, you will have at your disposal all kinds of activities such as aquatic sports, sightseeing in Ibiza Town, excursions to the idyllic beaches of Formentera or hire a car and discover the villages, beautiful countryside and hidden caves around the island. You can not forget the incredible night scene of Port of Ibiza and its famous Clubs: Space (worldwide well-known) and Bora-Bora that are both a short walk away from the hotel. Rooms Choose between an apartment and a studio, all with full bathroom, balcony and a kitchenette with electric kettle. All studios and apartments are now fully air-conditioned and have TV (Satellite) and have stereo. Facilities Our Apartments have their own bar / restaurant and pool. There is lot of space for soaking up the sun on the pool terraces; they have plenty of sun-loungers. Or you might prefer to wander down to the beach and try your hand at some water-sports. We also have a coffee shop, swimming pool and the public transport is close to apartments. Services The reception is open 24 h a day with service of currency exchange, safety deposit, rent car and motorbikes service. There is also a Buffet Restaurant. All changes and cancellations must be done directly with the owner through our email address and will have a fee of 10€. Attention: policies for bookings made until 30/4/10 differ from general policy! Cancellation: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first two nights will be charged. Deposit: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
