A few minutes walk from the Hotel are the seafront and the port, from where using a boat/ferry you can go to the beautiful beaches near there. It is located near the bustling city center, where there are a lot of shops, boutiques, bars, restaurants and nightclubs as Es Paradis and Eden. At only 300 meters away there is public transport. Near the hotel you can also find the legendary Café del Mar and Mambo, popular among young people, where they often go to relax and have something to eat or drink while enjoying the famous sunset of Ibiza. ROOMS This hotel, perfect for young people, provides a total of 366 rooms spread over 6 floors. Wide rooms decorated and furnished in a practical way, with full bathroom, safe box for rent and terrace. FACILITIES Piscis Park has a lobby with 3 lifts; a snack bar, cafeteria and a restaurant where breakfast and dinner are served in buffet. There are also two television rooms, a swimming-pool and a sun terrace for sunbathing, with deck chairs and parasols. You may also play billiard. In the sport center located very near, there are a tennis court and a soccer field. SERVICES At your disposal there is a reception open 24 hours a day, which provides general information, excursions, rental car service, rental of safe and Internet point. All changes and cancellations must be done directly with the owner through our email address and will have a fee of 10€. *** Attention: policies for bookings made until 30/4/10 differ from general policy! Cancellation: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first two nights will be charged. Deposit: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
