The Villa is an independent brand new villa (approx. 300sqm), each with three bedrooms (1 double, 2 twins). The living area is harmoniously decorated with a satellite TV and a dining area. There are two bathrooms with bathtub and shower, and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, oven crockery and utensils. The Villa has a private swimming pool with fresh water, a fully furnished terrace or solarium, barbecue, ideal for al fresco dinning and a garden with Canarian flora and parking area. The villa has a maximum capacity for 6 people.

Tías is 12 Km from the capital of Arrecife, it is a very lively town with a variety of shops and supermarkets as well as grill restaurants and cafes. The main celebration of the town of Tias is “La Candelaria”, on the 2nd of February with a variety of activities.

Lanzarote island, has many wonderful secret places to visit by car.
The bus services are not able to connect you with all the island's zones and their timetables are very spaced out, so to be really free to move, one car will be almost essential.

Lanzarote is characterized by the lunar aridity of its landscape, its volcanoes, craters and immense extensions of lava, its vineyards covered with volcanic ash, the clean and white color of its houses...

Please ensure that you depart the villa by 10am on your day of departure to ensure that the maids can have the property cleaned and ready for the next arriving clients. Please return your keys to the main office at building number 8 where you collected them on arrival. In case you would like to remain in the house until later please contact the reception.
