Gran Canaria has an exceptional climate all year round, even from October to January, with an average temperature of 23º C. This makes it an ideal destination for practising all kinds of sports at the beach, including surfing and hiking, and enjoying its culture and gastronomy. Within the area of Las Canteras Beach, where the Surf House is located, you may find many bars, restaurants, cafes, pubs, night clubs, shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc.. In addition, there are two shopping centers nearby where you can go shopping, just 10 minutes away from the accommodation by foot. It is also easy to get to the city center (10 minute walk). You can use the bike to move around the city for free in our surf camp, the easiest way to move. The old town is also easily accessible and you can go there by bike or bus as it is a little more than 4 kilometres away from the beach. It has museums and interesting places to visit, besides the typical Canarian charm of an old town.
