In order to guarantee the reservation, an amount equivalent to the cost of the first night of the booking will be charged by the owner of Finca dels Horts to the credit card as soon as the booking is processed. Cancellations and alterations must be made at least 30 days before the date of arrival. In the event of a later cancellation or alteration in breach of this policy, the owner of Finca dels Horts will retain the deposit as a penalty. In the event of a no-show, the owner of Finca dels Horts will charge an amount equivalent to 100% of the total cost of the booking to the credit card provided.***
