3. During your check in you: a) fill in our guest form,
b) facilitate the outstanding payment
c) provide us with your credit card details OR leave a cash deposit of 150 euro to cover any possible damage that might be incurred to the apartment or its contents during your stay. In case you choose to leave a deposit, it is refunded after check-out, once the apartment has been proved free of damage.
From Barajas Airport
TIP: If you have lots of luggage and are traveling outside peak times, a taxi is more convenient and will cost approximately €25 to the office. If traveling in a group only one person will need to check in.
Alternatively via the metro, take Line 8 (pink) to Nuevos Ministerios. Change to Line 10 (blue) and head in the direction of Puerta del Sur. Get off at Metro Tribunal.

Take Metro Line 1 (light blue) in direction of Plaza de Castilla and get off at Metro Tribunal. Take the EXIT (Salida) marked C/Barceló, cross the wider street and take the Calle Barceló to your left. 9 Prado B Apartments are an unbelievable apartment located 10 minutes from the Prado and 10 minutes from Puerta de Sol. This apartment is brightly illuminated with lots of natural light, giving the rooms a spacious feel. This place is loaded with modern amenities, as well, such as wireless Internet access, a TV with DVD player, as well as a washing machine. Also, this is one of nine similarly-sized and equipped apartments situated in the same building, making it ideal for larger groups who wish to stay together in the same building.

Check-in takes place at the Apartamentos Apodaca, 5 Calle de Apodaca, Madrid.
All guests must indicate their anticipated time of arrival in the Comments box when booking.
Groups of 6 or more people will be charged a security deposit of EUR 50 per person.
Guests arriving between 23:00 and 01:00 will be charged an extra EUR 25, 01:00 to 03:00 and extra EUR 40. If you are scheduled to arrive after 03:00 you must arrange so with the apartments before traveling.
If you don’t think you can afford to stay in a luxury apartment during your stay in Madrid, you haven’t seen the Prado B. This place is a beautiful one-bedroom with fantastic furnishings straight out of a fashion magazine. There’s plenty of room for up to four visitors, with a double bed in the bedroom and a double-sized fold-out sofa bed in the living room. There are all the usual amenities, including a flat-screen TV and DVD player. But let’s not forget the location, which is simply fantastic; with the metro just a 3-minute stroll away, while the Puerta Del Sol is only a pleasant 15-minute walk from your front door.
