"Villa Sa Barcella de Sineu", located in the heart of Mallorca. Our holiday home is located on the road Llorito, No. 1, a few meters from the old town Sineu, close Puntiró golf and just 30 minutes from any beach of Mallorca and the airport. Property of 861 m2, of which 369 are built legally notarized and an external area of ??450 m2. Majorcan house converted into holiday tourism, with structure and rustic style building with authentic interior arches of sandstone (typical Mallorcan stone) and a vault of the same material. As for the meters available, they are distributed as follows: GROUND FLOOR: large living room with stone walls and décor Majorca make it a cozy and familiar. Divided into three zones, with daylight, one of them a private room. It has a fully equipped commercial kitchen (including dishwasher), with a bar above the entrance to the dining room.
