The hotel apartments “Pueblo El Goleto” is a touristic complex built in the typical Andalusia village style, situated 1 km from the Castillo beach, on the coast of the municipality of Manilva inaugurated in August 2007. Composed of 7 low rise apartments blocks distributed between the ground floor & two floors more. The complex is situated in what is known as the Valley of Golf, filled with peacefulness and offering all the services of a modern apart hotel. Check-in: 15.00h Check-out: 11.00h Apartments of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms and 2 bedrooms penthouses. All the 2 and 3 bedrooms apartments dispose of two bathrooms as do all the penthouses. It services and equipment are: -Satellite T.V., iron and board for ironing, direct telephone, electrical vitro-kitchen with 4 cooking rings, full cutlery, dishes, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave and hair drier. -Individual air conditioning, Coffee shop and Restaurant. -Gymnasium zone and small Spa equipped with a Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath, and aromatic bath (operative from 01/11/07). -Lifts giving direct access to the underground parking. -Adult swimming pool, gardened areas, fountains, patios and beautifully planted corners. -Sporting area with 2 paddle courts, mini golf, lakes and children’s play area (situated 150m from reception, operative from 01/11/07) -Gymnasium, Spa, parking space, internet WI-FI and safe FREE OF CHARGE Cleaning service and towels change before 15th of June 1 times per week, after 3 times per week. Only a few minutes on foot you will find the Golf course La Duquesa Golf and very near by you will find numerous golf courses, amongst them it is worth mentioning the prestigious Valderama Golf situated in the development of Sotogrande, considered the most luxurious and glamorous of all the Costa del Sol. Its 10 golf courses can be found only a few kilometers from our complex. The polo pitches and the marina are also important attractions that Sotogrande offers. Estepona and Sotogrande (which are part of the municipality of San Roque) are neighboring towns of Manilva, as it also Marbella and Gibraltar. The distance to Malaga airport are 95km, that is to say 1 hour by car by the toll road. Manilva is a traditional fishing municipality and has many vineyards where the sweet sherry muscatel is cultivated for which it is famous.
