Hostel Conditions CHECK-IN TIMES Please take note that our normal check-in time is at 2pm and check-out is at 12pm. Request for early check-in/out is subject to bed availability. If you want to make faster your check in please inform us by email at what time you are arriving and we will try to have your bed done. *************************************************** LATE ARRIVALS If you are arriving at Surfer Paradise Donosti between 11pm and 7am, please email us ahead and we will try our best to accommodate your request. **************************************************** DEPOSITS We charge a deposit of 10 euros per key upon check-in. This fee will be refunded to you upon your check-out. Valid Photo ID request upon check in. **************************************************** GROUP BOOKINGS Surfer Paradise Donosti cannot guarantee that your group will stay in the same dorm. We don't accept group more than 6 people ***************************************************** CHILDREN Children below the age of 12 are not allowed. Children below 18 should be accompanied by an adult. If you have young children traveling with you, please call or email to inform us first. ***************************************************** CANCELLATIONS Cancellations must be done at least 24 hours prior to your arrival check in time (1:00pm) by email. In the event of a no show, the card you placed the reservation with, will be charged for the first nights' accommodation. Any remaining nights will be cancelled.
